Your enrollment is required at least 60 days prior to departure. If your desired departure date is less than 60 days away, contact us to discuss your program options. Please note every deposit from a volunteer is directly channeled to the operations in support of the beneficiary community and thus, becomes your first gift to improve their plight and therefore is non-refundable. I understand that any false statement, misrepresentation, or omission made by me on my application, during interviews, or on any other materials I have submitted, can result in denial of my application, or, if I have already been accepted as participant in a Quest when such false statement, misrepresentation, or omission is discovered, immediate termination of my participation in the Quest. I understand that if my participation in the Quest is terminated under such circumstances, or if I terminate my participation in my Quest for any reason, including but not limited to illness, injury, change of plans, dissatisfaction with my Quest experience, or breach of volunteer contract, I will not be entitled to any refund (or other remedy or recourse) of the deposit, Quest fees, or donations that I have paid to Nkrumah's Restoration of Hope, nor will anyone else who has paid such deposits, Quest fees, or donations on my behalf be entitled to any refund, remedy, or recourse. I also understand that if I should need to postpone my Quest for any reason, my deposit and any other additional payments or donations made to Nkrumah's Restoration of Hope by me or on my behalf will be held for one year from my current travel start date, after which point they will be considered donations to Nkrumah's Restoration of Hope.

DEPOSIT INFORMATION

NROH, makes all arrangements to ensure the utmost satisfaction of all our volunteers. As stated earlier each volunteer would be required to make a non-refundable deposit of $300 to hold a spot and begin the volunteerism quest. This deposit goes directly to your comprehensive program fee which covers everything you need to make your quest successful. Once you enrol as a Nkrumah's Restoration of Hope volunteer, you will be automatically grafted into a project program based on your interests and experience and the actual needs within the beneficiary community. If you need to postpone your Quest for any reason, we will hold your deposit for one year from the departure date you indicated above. After one year, your deposit will be considered a donation to Nkrumah's Restoration of Hope. Thank you.)
